Singapore House, Designed by Melinda

A splendid blend of Old Orient and Federal (late) American overseen by a brilliant crystal chandelier; Melinda's House in Singapore is both stunning and unique.

Priscilla Kohutek Home decorating consultant, columnist and author of a new book on design, features an interior designed by Melinda Alexander, owner of the House of Tuscany, Fort Worth, TX. She says in part:

"Tucked away on two acres of lush tropical gardens in the middle of Singapore, this historic 1912 British Colonial bungalow is a shining example of the period. Melinda Alexander and husband Gary, a United States Diplomat, furnished their home in traditional colonial style with Asian antiques bought locally, much as the British expatiates would have done in their day."
