The cutting and polishing of fine crystal accents for chandeliers began in Bohemian Europe, now the Czech Republic, in the 17th century.
Excepting a few machine made items, most of these lovely colored and clear crystals are hand cut and polished by Master Craftsmen exactly as they were done so many centuries ago.
