Return Policy of The House of Tuscany:
Damaged Goods: All merchandise is packed carefully to avoid damage in transit. When damage occurs in transit, The customer must notify the House Of Tuscany within 3 days in order that a claim may be filed with the carrier.
Returns: All purchased items may be returned for a full refund, except custom orders and candle sleeves minus shipping and handling charges. Please notify us within a seven (7) day period of the arrival of goods to your address to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). Items being returned must be properly packed in their original boxes along with all included packing, parts, accessories, and instructions. The freight for items being returned will need to be prepaid. No returns will be accepted without our prior written approval. Merchandise returned without an RGA number will not be given credit and shall be returned at customer's expense. There will be a 20% RESTOCKING FEE on all returned merchandise.
